鹽和光第二到第八，這七福作品畫家是要表達作為鹽去服務他人的過程，是時大時細，甚至在半隱藏中。當然，它亦會影響到別人，從而製造出一個更多更豐盛的鹽世界。鹽的工作只是在反射天主的光，所以，在每一幅畫作中總有光的存在，畫中的光有時亮如白晝，有時只是在黑暗中的一線光影，畫家不是要說天主的光是時有時無，而是要表達人有時是不察覺天主光輝的存在，但就是這一個光輝把人的服務照亮了。

In these seven art pieces, Elizabeth tries to express how people should serve others as salt of this world. The impact of service on others may be big or small or even unnoticeable however it still serves its purpose to create a better world. The work of salt only reflects the light of God so there is always light in each painting. Sometimes the light is expressed in the painting as bright as daylight and  sometimes it is just a ray of light in the shadow in the darkness. She doesn't mean that the level of God's light changes, but rather she tries to show that people always fail to recognize the existence of the glory of God. H owever it is this Glory that illuminates our services.
